Something odd is going on with me Charge 5. It seems to be recording steps, but the face is black.
The vibrate also doesn't work as my alarm isn't working.
And my sleep isn't being recorded correctly.
I've tried doing the reset with the charger, but that doesn't seem to do anything.
Any ideas?

@Mazfff A number of us have had non-responsive screens, especially after updating the Charge 5 firmware.
I recommend that you contact Fitbit support. They will walk you through a series of troubleshooting procedures. Once they confirm that none of the procedures return your device to normal operation and that it's still under warranty, they should send you an offer to replace the tracker/pebble or a discount on a different device. If your Charge 5 is out of warranty, they should send you a discount to use on a replacement from the Fitbit store. Note: the discount is on the full price, even if the device is on sale in the Fitbit store.
This is what I had to do when my Charge 5 had the non-responsive screen issue. So far, my replacement is working fine, even after updating the firmware.

Same. I find it interesting that in April it seems all Charge 5's, new and old, are having this same issue. Mine charges and synced but no face. I tried the reset, drain and recharge, change the clock face, uninstall the app, restart the phone....
I contacted support and all they say is "you've done everything, we'll check your warranty." They won't comment when I say all Charge 5s, new and old, are suddenly (suspiciously?) Having the same issue this month.
