I am on my 5th Fitbit. Mostly they replaced 2 and that was ok. But Im on the Fitbit 5 after swapping to Samsung because of Fitbit issues then after reading reviews returned to Fitbit. Now I have a red ring with a white X. But so far i"m only really recieving very sheepish results. I have tried the suggestions found none helpful. There is a button on the cord.... NADA, if there is feel sorry for some older people trying to locate to press, I sure couldnt find it. Button on the back of the charger????? Ok, tried that NADA. Had just restarted the device because everything has reset except for yesterdays steps. That when the circle cross started, so tried X amount but nothing worked. Tried contacting support, didn't get much help there either, said someone would email me. I'm in Australia so who knows when that could be?? But on top of all this why cant the developers put in an area where you can log the fact it was on charge or NOT working so when you look back at your steps, sleep etc etc you actually dont have to remember or feel guilty that you weren't trying. Seriously this should be INBUILT
