Charge 5 refund

I still have not receive my refund, it has been 3 months, the agent in the email keeps on saying it will be reflected in my account and keep on prolonging the time period. They keep on saying wait for "day" or "weeks" and it will be reflected in my account.

I am not even sure if they plan on giving the refund.

Did anyone here got their refund?

I've seen you recently contacted our Support Team on October 28th and they've provided you with more information about your refund process. Keep in mind that the timeframe given can vary depending on your bank's processing time. If you haven't received the refund after the days mentioned, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.
