The latch on my Charge 5 failed and the device fell off my wrist without me noticing.
I'm assuming someone has picked it cause I can't find it after retracing my steps.
Does Fitbit send a notification or email if the device is removed from my account and linked to a new account?

Best AnswerYes, from what posts I've seen on the forum from moderators, if your device is removed from your account and put on a different account, you would no longer see it in your device list.
Hi @dladd7 never heard of Fitbit notifying someone, especially since people often remove a device to add a new one. If you still show as having a Charge 5 on your account, then it's still out there somewhere, but still on your account.

Best AnswerSeems it's still on your account, so if anyone did pick it up, they didn't put it on their own account. When I stopped using an old Fitbit account and device, that device still shows as being on my account.
