My new charge 5 didn’t last long at all before the display went blank. I returned it on November 21st and I have no idea when the replacement will come. Time to look for another solution.

I'm in the same boat. I bought a new Fitbit charge 5 and it lasted six whole days! It broke and I sent it back on November 22nd. Why they use ground transportation I have no idea when the thing only weighs about 2 oz! It'd be much easier to send it air freight. Now it's in San Francisco waiting to be delivered it said the same thing for the last 4 days. Pending delivery. So when I asked about it they said that the last leg goes by United States postal service. It will take 2 to 7 days to get from wherever it is in San Francisco to their address, which is about 2 mi away. Unbelievable absolutely horrible service. This is the last Fitbit I will ever buy!
