Charge 5 reset mid day

I haven’t had my charge 5 that long and twice randomly it resets and I lose all the activity I had during the day.  In both situations I did not touch anything to make it reset.  I really liked my charge 4 for the counting stairs and never having the bugs that I have with this version.  Not a good upgrade(if you could call it that)

Are you sure that the Time Zone on your account is correct?

Yes, it only has happened when I have been in the same time zone and that didn’t change in the app or on my phone.
