Charge 5 restarting/crashing

Hi!

 

Searched for this problem and did not find any posts about it.

 

I just bought my Charge 5 and it keeps crashing/restarting when using it, usally crashes when i use ECG and EDA scanning. I have restarted it and tried to factory reset/cleared data and it did not work. 

 

Is it a faulty device or is there a fix?

Same keeps happening to me.  The ECG starts and works for maybe 20 seconds and then restarts. How do I fix it?

Hey!

Mine restarted whilie doing anything.
I filmed my problem and talked to support and after some time i got a new
watch sent to me

Thank you for sharing that you've been having the same problem with your Charge5. 

Could you please confirm if you already tried the three pulse restart method described in this article? This is usually helpful with this type of issues. In addition, you can also try setting up your tracker as a new device if you continue to have the same problem.
