all other functions, steps, exercise, sleep sync data to my samsung S7.  Resting  heart rate stopped syncing 2 months ago - before that it sync just fine.  Now, it will not sync to the app.  have tried reloading app several time, even with fitbit factory resync.

any suggestions?
