Charge 5 same day alarm trouble

New Charge 5 in February 22, alarms worked well then stopped working. Specifically, if I set an alarm for the same day (e.g. in 10 or 30 mins minutes time) it declares it is set for 'tomorrow' and doesn't go off today OR tomorrow!  Did all the work (re-sets etc) with Fitbit support team - eventually they kindly replaced the device. Replacement arrived yesterday - and it's doing the same thing!  

Yesterday I set an alarm for 3pm to go off every day. This morning that alarm isn't showing.

This morning I set a couple of alarms for a few minutes ahead (2 minutes, 10 minutes etc) and none has gone off.

Ideas?

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this problem with your Charge 5. 

I noticed you shared in a different thread that you were able to resolve the problem by re setting the alarms. In case you experience any problem again, you can find some additional steps that are usually helpful with this type of issue: : 

  • When you set up an alarm, once you see the green checkmark, please try swiping right to see the alarm details. Other users have mentioned that the process to set up an alarm is not done until you swipe right after the checkmark to look at it. 
  • Restart your device using the charging cable. 
  • If you're still having this problem, you can try removing and re-adding the alarm. See How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?
