Charge 5 screen and battery issues

Im at the end of my patience im not very technically minded. My fitbit charge 5 screen went black today and no battery life. I charged it and within minutes it was down to 17%. I contacted support they sent me a link to vetify its me. When i clicked on link it takes me to google account but im suppose to refresh ? Dont know where to do that. Ive been talking online for hours now and just going round in circles

As you mentioned, I've seen you contacted our Support Team before posting here and they were trying to assist you. Please note there's nothing left we in the community can suggest as our team already shared with you all the steps we could've also provided here. With that said, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance.

Since you already have a ticket open with them, it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly. They will also guide you through the verification process you mentioned you were asked to do.
