A couple weeks ago my Charge 5 screen went black, completely unresponsive to touch/tap. Days later I noticed my phone app alerted me of my steps for the day & I was able to initiate an update, at which time the screen did display the update image. It's still capturing data.
What are my options to fix, update or replace this?

Hi, @JulesGR , the first trouble shooting step is to try a restart. The instructions are here . You are usually advised to try this several times as a single restart doesn’t always do the trick.
If you need more support or want to seek a warranty replace you will need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com . If you decide to get in touch, be sure to tell them the trouble shooting steps you have already tried, as that will save time.
