Hi. My charge 5 screen has gone blank and unresponsive despite many attempts to restart and reset using the button on the charging cable. Upon charging a single line flashes once at the top of the screen and upon reset the Fitbit icon appears and then the screen completely dies again. However, it still pairs with my phone so some part of it must be working! I’ve heard that this is a common fault, and as I’ve had my charge 5 for 11 months without any issues I would like to resolve this problem quick time! Thanks all for any help!
