My Charge 5 has only lines on it today which go between dull and bright? Why is that happening and is there away to fix it?

Hi, @Bruins30 , you can sometimes fix this issue by giving your Charge 5 a restart. The instructions are Here . It’s a good idea to try this a few times as a single restart doesn’t always work.
Another step which has helped some users is to change the clock face. You do that in the app. From the opening, Today, screen click on the small icon top left. On the next screen choose the picture of your Charge 5. From there choose “Gallery” and then Clocks. Choose any different clock and then be sure to sync your Fitbit. If that fixes the problem you can revert to the previous clock face if preferred.
If neither of these steps resolve the problem then it is probably best to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com . Be sure to tell them the trouble shooting steps you have already tried, as that will save time. They will let you know your options.
