My Charge 5’s screen is black, but it continues to count my steps, charge, and buzzes when I reach my goals. Please help. It’s terribly frustrating.
I have tried all of the steps outlined in answers to other people’s queries about the same problem. What else can I do??

It sounds like basically the screen is not functioning. I would say you need to try to see if it is under warranty and get a replacement if it is.

I changed the face of the watch and this solved the problem of the black screen for my Charge 5.
