Despite Fitbit support help through the chat, my Charge5 is definitly out of order after the last firmware update proposed in july 2023. the screen is black, no response from the charge5 despite good battery charge.
Very disapointed about this situation after less than 1year and half: Charge5 no more working! no solution.

I also appreciate you for taking the time to contact our Support team and because they have access to all your details, my best advice is to reply back to their last email to receive more information. I'm sure they'll continue helping you with this situation.
