Charge 5 screen is not responding properly

I can not tap on charge 5 so i can not select any application. 

The Charge 5 only responds to vertical swipe so I can not access to the apps that are on the right or left side of the main menu.

I already tried restarting the device with the charger button but the problem persists. 

Any advise?

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
