Hi,
I have tried the restart from the cable, updated the clock face to the default one, closed the app, so far no luck.
The screen will not respond to a swipe. It will "wake" when i turn my wrist or put it on the charger. But no swipe in any direction. Please help. Thank you!

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Charge 5. I see a chance that your device is in Water-Lock mode. So please try double tapping it to get an option to unlock shown on it's display. I'd like to point out that for returning from Water-Lock mode this double tap uses your device's acceleration sensor instead of it's touch display, so you need more force to activate that.

Thank you but no luck. I double tapped hard, fast, slower, moved my wrist. Nothing. It'll vibrate when put on the charger. Is receiving texts from the Bluetooth. But I cannot access them. But the time will no longer sync. I'm still under a 2 year warranty (for the next few days) so I'm trying to figure that out. But if course fitbit hides it!
