My Charge 5 Screen suddenly started being unresponsive. I checked for help from various ways - scrolled youtube videos and follow troubleshooting from here but it is not working for me . Does anybody know what to do ?
Any help would be appreciated .

same here, black screen non responsive. Can someone from FITBIT technical team tell us what is going on after the last update please ?
