I bought my Charge 5 today and after updating it I've got these strange looking colours on display.

Thank you for sharing this information about the problem that you've been experiencing with your Charge 5 device.
Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried the restart procedure described here? This has been useful for other users experiencing problems with the display.
If you continue to experience the same problem, could you please provide us with a picture showing the display with the colors you mentioned?

I can't see the picture, but I also ran into this after 5 days although mine just happened randomly. The screen is white/yellow with noise on it -- I contacted Fitbit support last night via chat and got a ticket, but haven't heard back yet. Already tried restarting multiple times.

I have the same issue. It collects data and connects with the app but the watch is non-responsive and shows a blank beigish screen when I tap or shake it a number of times. Tried restarting multiple times. Battery lasts about a day and is dead. Have case with customer service.

I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
