Hello, my fitbit charge 5 screen started flickering last night and the screen doesn't turn on today. The app is updated to the latest version available for Samsung S22- updated 15 min ago.
There is no customer support for Germany which is quite ridiculous.
I received my Charge 5 less than one year ago as a replacement for my Charge 4 that died less than a year after buying it and now this one is unusable as well. Please help!
Can somebody help me? This is really terrible business practices from Fitbit/Google.

Hi there, @Drenkamanu. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.
Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If the above doesn't work, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected. Please note we do have support for Germany.

Hello thanks I do know you don't have customer support for Germany. May I ask the US support despite living in Germany?
