Charge 5 screen locked on ECG

My Charge 5 goes into ECG mode and will nor go back to the clock face. I don't want the ECG mode! How can I turn it off?

Thanks for explaining your situation in regards to your Charge 5 having the ECG app showing on the screen. Can you explain to me if this happens whenever you do something in your Fitbit or does it goes randomly like this?

I've accidentally started the ECG app on my Charge 5 and discovered that if I tap on the display/screen multiple times, the multiple taps will get me out of the ECG app and back to the clock face.

Unfortunately, there curretly isn't a way to remove the ECG or EDA tiles from the Charge 5 so they don't appear at all.
