So my Charge 5 stopped working last night. By some miracle I got it to turn back on while not on the charger so it was able to record my sleep. Then this morning it worked for a bit then screen went black again and not even putting it on the charger turned it on. Then all of a sudden the screen turns on and starts glitching and turning a yellowish color then goes back to black. I know I’m not the only person having issues with their Charge 5 right now. So Fitbit what is going on?

I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 5 is not working properly. I understand how annoying this can be, I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I was able to sync it once this morning before it stopped working again, but now it just says looking. It won’t sync. I’ve followed all the troubleshooting on restart the device. Plus everything I’ve read on here including changing my clock face. This is what it looks like for the last 20 minutes or so. It won’t do anything.

Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Charge 5 and report that the screen is not working properly, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately.
