Watch should display time when you raise wrist to your face. That function stopped working

Update: I answered my own problem.  I went into settings and hacked around. I checked sleep mode and it was on. I turned it off. No time displays when I raise my arm up to check time. 
You can also restart the Charge 5 in Settings
