Charge 5 screen was frozen

My Charge 5 was frozen on the notification screen, I doubled tapped it and now it is only showing a green dot at the top.  It is charging and I can see that with the time and day , but that is all

Connect your charging lead three times in quick succession and the Fitbit logo will briefly appear. All displays will then be available. No it worked for me

Same problem here. Try charging 3 times as suggested below but not working. Any other ideas?
