I would like to share my experiences with my Charge 5. I’ve used it for a little more than a year (purchased in May23) when in August 2024 it started to have problems. It didn’t scroll left or right and I couldn’t access other functions. I did the restart by pushing the button on the battery, changed the clockface, let the battery run down completely. It didn’t work. At last I completely erased my Fitbit and tried to start from scratch again. Unfortunately, this wasn’t successful either. It does count steps and I can see the time, but scrolling (both hortizontally and vertically) is not possible. Therefore all the other functions are not accessible. I’m very disappointed with the product and will definitely not recommend it.
