My charge 5 will no longer scroll, up ,down, sideways, nothing at all. I tried changing the clock face several times, tried the plugging it in and pushing the button on the charger 3 times, and also tried the push and hold button on charger for 15 seconds.
Nothing has worked. The fit bit is only 6 months old and it does have the extended warranty.
so what is the next step? I know this is a common problem and some people have gotten a replacement one. How do I go about doing that?

Edit to add, tech support is sending out a replacement. Awesome help on the support chat team.
