I've only had the charge 5 for a couple months and this is the 2nd time my screen loses the clock and notifications. I found a fix that suggested connecting to charger and pressing the button to restart, however there are no buttons on my charge 5

Hello,
I’ve just checked how to do the reset when it’s charging. There’s a button on the USB end of the charger.
I’m attaching a picture and the instructions. I hope they help!

Thanks, I'll have to look at that when i get home. The last time this happened, after a few days, it just automatically reset itself but I'm not even sure what's causing this.

@Shoton23 I'm sorry you're having this experience with your Charge 5. This is odd, but I'm glad you'll try to restart your tracker with the steps described by our friend. Please monitor your tracker and if the screen is still not working or your tracker starts rebooting by itself, let me know so I can help you with this.
