charge5 by from Germany.

Can you read Chinese? I’ve been checking their site and it looks like SPo2 should be available:
When I click on help, and what I guess are the communities, it brings me back to English and here (maybe because my home is set to the UK).
It might be worth checking out that page.
This page, if you scroll ALL the way down, shows the list of available countries. All of yours should have it.
It might be worth setting your location to the country your App Store account is based in, then things will be coordinated more.
Don’t forget to sync and update your Charge 5 every time you change locations.
I guess the only thing to do is to make sure those are the same. Check again for updates for both.
Sync them and see if the App turns up.
There doesn’t seem to be any reason why you shouldn’t be able to get it.
If it still doesn’t turn up, try looking for a China or Canada Fitbit forum that would have lots of members in the same position.

Both of those countries seem to be listed as having it available. Just out of curiosity, which country have you listed as your location in the App on your phone? Sometimes it's accidentally set to a place that doesn't get SPO2. Also some times it takes a while for it to roll out. For example, I'm in Japan and I was waiting for it, and checking. Then I forgot about it, and then one day it was suddenly on my dashboard without me doing anything.
Can you see it as available in the list of Apps on your phone/computer?
One thing I've seen suggested before is: restarting your Charge 5 by swiping up from the Clock face and going to Settings, Select, then scroll down to the bottom to Restart. It's really quick and painless.
You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit App on your phone as that might tempt it to appear.
Make sure you're syncing your Charge 5 to the App every day so you can check for changes in the App availability.
If you've done this already, please try to tell us exactly what you've tried and include screenshots (if you can). Somebody here should be able to help you!

Hello again!
I just checked on mine and my Fitbit App is Version 3.49 and was updated on October 18th. My Charge 5 is on Version 200001.142.37
It might be worth checking if there is an App update available. If not, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
It looks like both of yours are slightly behind my versions. I don't know if that makes a difference at all.
This is my Apps screen. I didn't have to download any of those, they were automatically there for me.
Here is my Charge screen with the version number:
I think it would be a good step to uninstall and reinstall the App and check for updates. Then try to sync your Charge 5 and see if that needs an update too.
If the Apps don't appear, try restarting your Charge 5.
If all that fails, please come back and tell us exactly what you did and then (hopefully) someone can help. I'm not an expert but there are lots here!

Is it possible that it has something to do with me in China?
In addition, my Fitbit app is lastest version. I checked that there is no latest version of the app store, the software has been reinstalled and installed, charge5 has been restarted, and SpO2 and EDA will not come out
I set location in china or canada or honkong also no SPO2 and EDA in charge5

I also does't have Spo2 installed in my charge 5, I changed the location for all the countries, and yet , its still not working. BTW Im living in Kuwait, and I have the EDA app already installed. My watch is updated to the latest version.
