I have a Charge 5 Fitbit and I cannot find options on the Fitbit app (Android phone) or online dashboard to change some settings like Screen Wake, Water Lock, Brightness, etc. Can these settings only be controlled on the Fitbit device itself? I used to have a Surge, and there was a "Quick View" option on the phone app which allowed access to some additional settings, but I do not see this on the Charge 5 app.
Does anyone have any insight?

Hello @glindabery
Yes, those settings are most easily changed on the device itself. It’s quite simple to do by scrolling down from the Clock Face screen, either to each individual setting or through the Settings tile.
I’m pretty sure you can’t change them through the App.
I hope that’s not too disappointing for you. It seems to work quite well for most people (although many would prefer to be able to set the alarms through the App).
I hope that helps a bit.

I'd rather be able to make change the settings from the phone app wherever possible. In addition to my own fitbit, my wife and daughter each have one and they prefer to trust me with the settings and making changes (e.g., to maximize battery life, make change-ups when we go on trips, family exercise events, payments, etc.) instead of doing it themselves. So that means I have to access their actual fitbit devices which is less convenient.
Thanks
