Hi all,
I just bought a Charge 5 after my Charge 3 died. I cannot get through the setup process though.The screen is stuck at the 'Is your Charge 5 charging?'-phase.
- The Charge 5 is charging, and it's at 100% now
- I have tried restarting the Charge 5 with the button on the charger
- I have tried reinstalling the Fitbit app
- I have tried force quitting the Fitbit app
What do I do to get past this screen? No matter how long I wait, or how often I click, it won't go beyond it.
I appreciate all the help I can get!
