I've had the Charge 5 issues since the app was updated. The latest firmware made the problem worse. I've tried everything I could think of and every suggestion I've seen from clock faces to forced starts. I've installed the device, the app, every Bluetooth connection (restoring only the charge) but it still reliably crashes when I sync after leaving the app open in the background. I have avoided crashes and weird battery drains if I keep the app closed and just open it periodically to syn then force quit it again. However first thing in the morning it will sync and then when, I think, it syncs for more data like sleep stuff, the charge turns off. Clearly it's the app and iOS. I am open to solutions. My next steps are canceling the sub and looking for a new device.
