charge five is shutting itself off when fully charged this is getting ridiculous. This is the fourth time this week. It happened on my walk this morning. Made sure that the batteries is 100% before I took it off charge halfway through my walk it shuts down why is this happening Also when I plugged the back in it’s saying my charge is 69% full on my phone, but when I plug it back in to restart it, it says it’s at 100%. I am so tired of it my last Fitbit

Hi there, @Lions1. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 keeps turning off. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Regarding the battery status on the Fitbit app, note that the battery level on the Fitbit app updates every time you sync. That means that if your Charge 5 hasn't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last sync.

my Fitbit could be 100% charge it’ll shut off it shuts off for no reason even after I charge it to 100% and it says 100% I updated with my phone sync it and it shows it’s only 80% so there’s something definitely wrong with my Fitbit and Fitbit hasn’t reached out they haven’t done a thing I’m looking around for a different brand. It’s sad cause I always had a Fitbit.

Same issue. Fully charged first thing in the morning, by dinner time it indicates less than 20% left, but I put it on the charger and it jumps up to 70 to 80% (which is probably a good reading). This started less than two weeks ago. I've done restarts and a full wipe/reconnect. Something definitely changed.
