Charge 5 sleep score description missing in the app

Hello. I used to be able to see a sleep score description e.g. 90 - Excellent. For some weeks now I see only the number e.g. 90.

Is it related to the app update or can I somehow get the description back?

Thanks for sharing the inquiry regarding Sleep score. 

Please can you perform the following steps in the app:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the sleep score is available now.

A couple additional tips:

  • Do a sync before logging out so your data will be uploaded to your account
  • Consider doing a clear cache/storage when you do the Force Stop

FYI - one user simply logged out and logged back in to her Fitbit app without rebooting her phone. That was enough for her to see all her data in the app. You might want to try that first before having to reboot your phone.
