Small clip on Fitbit came off while trying to attach large band on new Fitbit device

is it broken, band will not attach without it

Is there a place where we can just buy a new part?

It broke off, I don’t think it can be replaced
Only Fitbit can answer that question

Hello David; I have the exact same situation. I purchased my Charge 5 last week and broke the housing slso. What can I do?

The same thing happened to me today. I can't even wear my fitbit because of it.

I contacted customer support and they created a case and asked me to send mine in. I’m bummed I can’t just replace the tiny part myself. Now I have to go at least two weeks without it. I was planning on just rubber banding it to my wrist (classy, I know 😆) until the part came in.

Oh ok. I'll look on the website for customer support and reach out to them.  I sure hate to be without my Fitbit for a couple of weeks. Thank you!

Thank you for confirming that you've experienced the same inconvenience with your Charge 5. 

Unfortunately there is no option to purchase only this part of the wristband. It seems that some if you have already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. If you haven't done so already and since this is related to a hardware problem or product damage, I recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. They will let you know how to proceed.
