Charge 5 still not syncing to iPhone

After yesterdays issues which did eventually get resolved I am unable to sync my Charge phone with my iPhone 14 - no steps or sleep date though some items have updated

Thanks for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5 and all the troubleshooting steps that you already tried. 

 

Let me know if you continue to experience the same problem to sync your data. There was an outage yesterday affecting some Fitbit services, but this should be resolved and you should now be able to sync. You can find more information about this issue here

 

If you're still having issues to sync, please try the following steps that have been useful for other users: 

 

  • Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  • Turn Bluetooth off and on. 
  • Open the Fitbit app and sync again

In addition, I recommend that you try restarting the device using the three pulse restart method: 

 

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times (end of the USB cable), pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

If you're still having any issues, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.

I’m still having the same issues and I’ve followed all recommended fixes. I had the same issues yesterday but was able to sync after I charged it, but that could have been a coincidence, it was at 18% charge when I was having the issues.

Finally sorted the problem lay with my phone not showing all the various
options such as sleep etc. I have now managed to return to some sort of
normality - Thanks

I have tried all troubleshooting recommended, but my Charge 5 is still not syncing. 

Some info has been updated in the app since the issues started a few days ago, but the sync still fails every time.

Since the outage I can’t charge my Fitbit or connect on Bluetooth or sync 

help!

Hi everyone, and thanks for sharing all these updates about this inconvenience. 

 

As some of you mentioned earlier, there was an outage a few weeks ago that caused interruptions in some Fitbit services, but this should now be resolved and you should be able to sync your data. 

 

Could you please confirm if the issue persists or if you're now able to see your device?

Could you please provide a few more details? In the meantime, let me know if you already tried all the recommendations mentioned here earlier.

Mine is not syncing and it isn’t coming up on Bluetooth. I have tried everything you have suggested. No luck. It’s been 2 weeks now
