Charge 5 stopped capturing REM and Deep sleep a few days ago.

No changes in how I wear the device, but REM/Deep show as 0/0 for the last three days.  All other features seem to be working... (at least as well as they always have).   Device dying?  or perhaps another side effect of the updated app? ( though I did get REM/Deep for a few days after app update).  Note, I was unaware of a firmware update for the device (this forum, around July timeframe).    My device shows something older than that new FW release version.    Thoughts?  I started using this device July of 2022 roughly.

I have the same problem. Also No HRV showing. I hate the new app face also.

I do still get heart rate time awake/asleep but no REM/DEEP…kind of hate the new app, but not much I can do there. I decided to see if the Charge5 has been reduced in price since the Charge6 is now out. Nope, or at least not yet.

Sigh.
