My Fitbit app with Charge 5 has suddenly stopped saving my GPS routes when I record from my phone. I say "saving" because it comes up with a map during my activity. However, when I finish, it discards the map and I never see it again.
I *can* get a GPS trace if I start the exercise from my Charge 5 - but it is so inaccurate and low quality it only records a handful of points; I think under 10 per 5k. This makes run timing like you get with the phone useless.

I think resetting the Fitbit itself probably did the trick.
However, it has since stopped working again.

I then spoke to a chat representative again who recommended I remove my mobile from the "Connections" page. Apparently this may cause bugs. We shall wait and see, again, if this fixes the issue! I am not impressed by the support so far, but this last representative did actually try to help.
