Charge 5 stopped syncing and now it won't pair

I’ve rebooted Charge5 five times, I’ve turned Bluetooth off and on multiple times. I’ve reset using charging cable and screen but cannot get my phone to talk to FitBit.  It finds it but can’t connect, get an error message and the same instructions, all of which I’ve tried, on a loop.  What next?

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected. Thanks for having taken the time trying to get things fixed by your self.
