Help....out of the blue my Charge 5 is not syncing with my Fitbit app. How do I fix this please?

To better assist you, may I know if you've tried any steps so far to solve the issue? Is the Fitbit app showing you any error message when you try syncing? If you haven't done so yet, I suggest taking a look at this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
