The date and time are wrong and it is accumulating steps. It also hasn’t synced since January 27th. Anyone else having this problem and who did you contact? Thanks in advance

Hi there, @Chrissysmith329. Welcome to the Community Forums.
As per the description of your post, it seems like your Charge 5 isn't connected to your Fitbit app. To confirm this, please go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account.
