Charge 5 stopped syncing

Hi,

I am using the Charge 5 for an experiment about anxiety and I noticed my device stopped syncing since yesterday morning. I have lost some EDA data - is it possible to export it? Also, how do I sync the device?

Thanks!

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @kittyared!

Charge 5 stores your data, including daily stats, sleep information, and exercise history, for 7 days. So no need to worry as long as you'll be syncing your device in this time range.
As there are quite a few possible issues as why you're device isn't syncing right now, please have a closer look here to check what might apply to you:

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi there, @kittyared. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Charge 5.

As @Talahthas has mentioned, most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.

To solve the syncing issue, please follow the steps provided in the help article that @Talahthas shared with you. Additionally, if you're interested in exporting data, please see How do I export my Fitbit account data?

Make sure the Charge 5 battery is above 45%. I’m noticing slow or failed syncing below that, on mine.
