Charge 5 stopped syncing

My charge 5 is working but has stopped synchronising. I have restarted it boyh ways as advised in

Beside the restart you've done, I suggest trying the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Thanks, that has fixed the problem. Perhaps it would be useful to add those
suggestions to the manual.

Same here. Took me forever to get it to sync again after the last update and today all of a sudden it stopped again. Probably has to do with an update because all of a sudden I can see the percentage of the watch. However. I don’t remember how I finally got it to sync again because I had to try like a million things after the last update
