Charge 5 stopped tracking all my data

My charge 5 stopped tracking heart rate step count etc everything that makes it an activity tracker. I believe the firmware updated as I no longer have a notification to update. I’ve tried all the reset strategies and delete user data. Very disappointed

Hi there, @Khgc3666. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issues with your Charge 5 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling. 

To better assist you, may I know which specific data is your Charge 5 not recording? Are your steps and heart rate the only stats missing? Are you missing them on the Charge 5 itself or the Fitbit app? Have you checked if your Charge 5 is still syncing to your Fitbit account?

In the meantime, please confirm you've restarted your Charge 5 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
