Not yet on new firmware (still 188.58) but Charge 5 randomly became unresponsive today, with 75% battery. Put it on charger and it came back but now won’t register steps, won’t read heart rate (green led not visible) and won’t auto wake. All these features are turned on in settings. Seems to be able to sync but struggles to change clock face. Have tried restarting, unpairing and reconnecting but nothing works. Occasionally goes into a reset loop on its own. Unit is <6 months old. Is this the end of my charge 5? Any solutions welcome.

Did support help you out and is your device working now? Feel like I might have same issue. Can you advise what worked?

I have the same issue too. Did you get a solution?

Support suggested cleaning charging leads with rubbing alcohol, charging for 30+ minutes on a new outlet, and downloading a new clock face. These did not resolve my issue and I was offered a warranty replacement or 50% off a different device. Sorry to hear some are having similar issues - I hope the above steps work for you!
