Charge 5 stopped tracking my sleep data

It used to work fine. I was away for a week and forgot my charging cable and the battery died. I charged it when I got home. It’s been about 5 days and I’m not getting any sleep data. Everything else works.

@rocu Are you seeing any of the daily data (steps, heart rate, etc) in the Fitbit app or web dashboards? If so, the the Charge is at least syncing. To start, I would try restarting your Charge 5. See: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If that doesn't help, make sure you have the latest Fitbi app version, and try clearing the cache on your Fitbit app.

Good luck!

Hi there, @rocu. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5.

I'm wondering the same as @charleskn, since your Charge 5 died, is it syncing now? To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If your Charge 5 is not linked, that would explain why it's not tracking your data.

If the above doesn't describe your issue, please see Why don't I see sleep stages today?
