Dear Fitbit Customer Support and community,
My Fitbit is now about 1 year old. Approximately a week ago, I went swimming with my Charge 5. Shortly after, my Fitbit became unresponsive. Prior to this incident, I had already noticed that my mobile device couldn't find the Fitbit anymore.
I've tried charging the Fitbit, but aside from a brief vibration, there's been no response. It seems unable to power on.
Could you please advise on how to proceed with resolving this issue?
Thank you for your assistance.
Warm regards, Alicia
