Has anyone got the charge 5 working after the firmware update?

My daughter bought it in August 2024 by Oct it stopped working after an update.

how to fix?

To better assist you, would you mind giving us more details of the issue you're experiencing with the Charge 5? Is it not charging? Is it not syncing? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
