Hello,
I plugged in my Charge 5 to charge last night, but it didnt charge.
I restarted it by pressing the button on the charging cable. It came to life briefly.
Now the clock is wrong and will not reset to correct time, no matter how many times I sync it or change time zones etc.
The tracker is not tracking steps and the battery has decreased to 80% already, having only charged the it this morning.
Can you offer any solutions?
I have only had it since April 2023.

Hi there, @Sadhbh27. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 has stopped working properly. I understand how annoying this can be, I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If the issue persists, please let me know if you can confirm whether your Charge 5 is syncing and if so, is the data updating on the Fitbit app but not on your Charge 5?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
