my 11 month old charge 5 died. is there a warranty on them?

To better assist you, would you mind sharing with me more details of the issue? Is your Charge 5 not syncing? Not charging? Not turning on? Are they any troubleshooting steps you tried already?
Regarding your inquiry, note that our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Hi Maria, I have the same issue I think. On Monday my battery went to 1% after a couple of hours. I charged it and then yesterday it lasted only a few hours before dying completely. I charged and then again after wearing for less than an hour it completely died again. I charged again just before I went to bed and again it died pretty much straight away. This morning I can’t even get it to charge. Both the app and the charger have the latest software. I have not changed any settings since I got it and my activities, usage etc have stayed 100% the same. I only bought it in Nov and have seen a lot of the same issues on here. How can I get it fixed or replaced please?

I have same issue since i yesterday after I updated the apps on my phone. had to charge it last night which was unusual as i did the charge on the weekend. I woke up this morning and it was down to 2%.

Same issue here. Tries all the resets. No help. Seems to be something in the update. My Charge 5 is 18 months old. Will FitBit help me with any warranty?
