I got my Charge 5 recently and it stops tracking my runs for no reason. Any suggestions?

Hello @Belfarsad
I’m sorry to hear about your problem.
Are you wearing long sleeves when you’re running? Quite a few people have found that the material can interact with the screen and cause it to pause and then quit exercise sessions.
I roll up my sleeve because I want to keep an eye on my stats so didn’t have the problem, although I read about it here. One day it did happen to me but I caught it quickly and started a new session without losing much data.
It might be something to consider when you’re looking for what might be causing it…

Yes, I have been wearing long sleeves while running. I'll try and roll up for next run. Not sure how practical that will be in winter time though! Good suggestion though. Thanks!

It's definitely worth a try @Belfarsad . It is annoying but warmer weather is coming...
